This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's fastest-growing gymnastics apparel brands. As part of our USA sales team, you'll manage key customer relationships, support business growth, and become a trusted partner to gymnastics clubs, organizations, and retailers across the country.
Location
York, Pennsylvania preferred.
Candidates within commuting distance of our York office are preferred; however, exceptional candidates with strong gymnastics industry experience based elsewhere in the USA will also be considered. Travel will be required.
Salary
Salary: $55,000 per annum
Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 per annum
OTE: $60,000
Reports to: USA Sales Manager
About the Role
The Sales & Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of key customer accounts while supporting the continued growth of Quatro in the USA.
Working closely with the USA Sales Manager, you will build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, support club ordering processes, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage an assigned portfolio of key customer and house accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with club owners, coaches and program directors.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
Sales
Respond to new customer enquiries.
Prepare quotations and recommend suitable products.
Follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records using HubSpot CRM.
Support the USA Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Customer Support
Work closely with Customer Service, Production and Operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Events
Represent Quatro at gymnastics competitions, trade shows and customer events as required.
Build relationships and promote the Quatro brand within the gymnastics community.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience working within the gymnastics industry.
Previous sales or account management experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel.
Desirable
Experience using HubSpot or another CRM system.
Knowledge of custom apparel or sportswear.
Performance Bonus
An annual performance bonus of up to $5,000 is available based on agreed objectives, including:
Growth and retention of key accounts
Customer satisfaction
Conversion of new enquiries
CRM management
Contribution to the success of the USA sales team
